The vehicleshould be parked on a level surface.The coolant level should be betweenthe MIN and MAX lines. If it is not,you may have a leak at the radiatorhoses, heater hoses, radiator, waterpump, or somewhere else in thecooling system.{ WARNINGAn electric engine cooling fanunder the hood can start up evenwhen the engine is not runningand can cause injury. Keep hands,clothing, and tools away from anyunderhood electric fan.{ WARNINGHeater and radiator hoses, andother engine parts, can be veryhot. Do not touch them. If you do,you can be burned.If there seems to be no leak, with theengine on, check to see if the electricengine cooling fan is running. If theengine is overheating, the fan shouldbe running. If it is not, your vehicleneeds service. Turn off the engine.Notice: Using coolant other thanDEX-COOL® can cause prematureengine, heater core, or radiatorcorrosion. In addition, the enginecoolant could require changingsooner than required when usingDEX-COOL®. Any repairs wouldnot be covered by the vehiclewarranty.
