(Q7-11)1.SETUP FILE Create a file to receive and transfer documents.1.FILE NAME Enter a file name (24 characters).2.SELECT LOCATIONSTEL=Select the numbers of the fax machines where you want documents transferred.Use the One-touch or Coded Speed Dialling buttons to enter the numbers ofthe fax machines where you want documents transferred.3.PASSWORD Enter a four-digit password to protect the transfer file settings.4.SELECT ORIG UNIT Select the telephone numbers of the fax machines you want have received andtransferred.OFF All fax transmissions are received and transferred.ON The fax machine receives and transfers transmissions only from fax units thatyou designate by fax telephone number.TEL= Use the One-touch or Coded Speed Dialling buttons to designate originatorfax machines for receive and transfer.5.TIME SETUP Set a time period wherein documents are to be received and transferred.1.START TIME Set a specified time to start transfer operation.EVERY DAY Set up to 5 times every day.SELECT DAYS Select one or several days for document transfer.
