94Speaker connectionNormal connectionThe diagram on the right shows a typical connection method.Connect your speakers so that they correspond to the speaker namesindicated on the rear panel.• If you connect the surround back, front height, and front widespeakers before you start playback, the audio is played back byautomatically switching the speakers in accordance with thesurround mode or input signals.• If using only one surround back speaker, connect to the “L” sideof the SURROUND BACK terminal. Also use the “Speaker Config.”setting (vpage 142) to set “Surr.
