Installing your operating system without using ServerGuideIf you have already configured the server hardware and you are not using theServerGuide program to install your operating system, complete the followingsteps to download the latest operating-system installation instructions from theIBM Web site.Note: Changes are made periodically to the IBM Web site. Turn on the server.Note: Approximately 1 to 3 minutes after the server is connected to ac power,the power-control button becomes active.2. When the prompt Setup is displayed, press F1. If you have set anadministrator password, you must type the administrator password to accessthe full Setup utility menu. If you do not type the administrator password, alimited Setup utility menu is available.3.
