Select Show to openCallback inbox. Scroll to a contact,and press the push to talk key.ChannelsWhen you are connected to achannel, all members joined to thechannel hear you talking. Up tofive channels can be active at thesame time. When more than onechannel is active, select Swap tochange the channel you want totalk to.Each member in the channel isidentified by a user name given bythe service provider. Channelmembers can choose a nicknamefor within each channel, which isshown as a caller identification.Channels are registered with a URLaddress. One user registers thechannel URL in the network byjoining the channel the first time.Create your own channel1. Select Options > PTT channels.2. Select Options > New channel> Create new.3. Enter a Channel name.4. Select a Channel privacy level.5. Enter your own nickname inNickname in channel.6. If you want to add a thumbnailimage to the group, selectChannel thumbnail, and selectan image.7. Select Done. When you havecreated a channel, you areasked if you want to sendchannel invitations. Channelinvitations are text messages.Join a preconfigured channelA preconfigured channel is a talkgroup that is set up by your serviceprovider. Only preconfigured usersare allowed to join and use thechannel. When you join anexisting channel, you must fill in aURL for the channel.For channel detail information,contact your network operator orservice provider. You may receivethe details in a text message.
