These codes can onlyinclude the numbers from 0 to 9.Avoid using access codes similar toemergency numbers, to preventaccidental dialing of theemergency number.To set the security settings, selectMenu > Tools > Settings >Security > Phone and SIM andfrom the following options:Code in use — to select the activecode, PIN or UPIN, for the activeUSIM. This is shown only if theactive USIM supports UPIN, andthe UPIN is not rejected.PIN code request (or UPIN coderequest) — to set the phone torequest the code each time thephone is switched on. Some SIMcards may not allow the PIN coderequest to be turned Off. If youselect Code in use > UPIN, UPINcode request is shown instead.PIN code (or UPIN code) /PIN2code /Lock code — to change thecodesAutolock period — to set atime-out after which the phone isautomatically locked. To use thephone again, you need to enter the
