When the user right-clicks a contact phone number or emailaddress in the Contacts detail view or a contact name in the Contactsfolder view, Smart Agent adds to the right-click menu “Call Using SmartAgent.” (If the user has Smart Tags enabled, the “Call Using Smart Agent”item will be under Additional Actions in the menu.)
