All IVR ports must be licensed individually.Auto link recovery featureThe auto link recovery feature monitors the link status between Symposium TAPISP and the link protocol on the Succession switch. If link loss is detected theservice provider tries to reestablish the link and revalidates the link status.To enable the auto link recovery feature on the Succession switch in a call centerenvironment, you must set the polling interval for the switch-to-host protocol to avalue greater than zero. For information, refer to “Configuring the SuccessionHost table” on page 93. In a knowledge worker environment which uses a directconnection TAPI architecture, auto link recovery is the default setting.Dynamic database featureSymposium TAPI Service Provider, release 3.0, allows run time updates from theSymposium configuration application to the TAPI server.
