The breakdown of user modes finds its origin in different target groupswith specific tasks and needs.There are four different user modes: Anonymous user mode Repro operator mode Key operator mode System administrator modeThe anonymous user mode only offers monitoring capabilities. You are notallowed to change anything.The repro operator, the key operator and the system administrator modes allowyou to perform a number of particular user actions.Note: In the Queue Manager and the System Control Panel, the repro operator,the key operator and the system administrator have the same user rights. In theSettings Editor, however, the user modes offer different rights.In repro operator mode, the operator is allowed to view settings only in the keyoperator and system administrator modules.In key operator mode, the operator is allowed to view and change settings inthe key operator module. The key operator is also allowed to view systemadministration settings, but is not able to change them.In system administrator mode, the operator is allowed to view and changesettings in the system administrator module. The system administrator is alsoallowed to view key operator settings, but is not able to change them.When you are not logged in (in anonymous user mode), the right-hand part ofthe window where the settings are displayed, is shaded in.Note: The status bar at the bottom displays the active user mode.
