You canselect a non-consecutive list of jobs to be deleted by clicking on eachdesired job while holding down the Ctrl key.Note: To delete a job from a remote client, you need repro operator, keyoperator or system administrator rights.2 Click on the Delete button.A cross icon is displayed in front of the job and a confirmation window willnow be displayed.Note: Consider carefully before you use the Delete button. A deleteoperation cannot be undone. Put print jobs on hold1 Select the desired job(s) by clicking on them.Note: You can select a consecutive list of jobs to be put on hold by clickingon the first job, holding down the Shift key and clicking on the last job. Youcan select a non-consecutive list of jobs to be put on hold by clicking oneach desired job while holding down the Ctrl key.2 Click on the Hold button.An icon for a job that is put on hold (see ‘Icons’ on page 77) is displayed infront of the job when the job is put on hold.Note: A job that is put on hold will retain its position in the print queue.Once it reaches the top of the queue, the job that is put on hold will staythere until it is restarted or deleted. While a job is on hold, other jobs willbe printed, even when they were behind the job on hold in the queue. Theactive job and the jobs in printing state cannot be put on hold by the QueueManager. Restart jobs that are put on hold1 Select the desired job(s) by clicking on them.Note: You can select a consecutive list of jobs to be restarted by clicking onthe first job, holding down the Shift key and clicking on the last job. You canselect a non-consecutive list of jobs to be restarted by clicking on eachdesired job while holding down the Ctrl key.2 Click on the Resume button.The selected job(s) will now be restarted.
