9 - Settings and InformationPlaying WAV files on SD cards (SDPLAY mode)The WAV files in the MUSIC folder on an SD card can be playedback. (See “Loading WAV files from a computer” on page 52)To play files recorded on this unit, use the stereo mix exportfunction to convert the recorded (mono) files to a single stereofile. Then, use the SD PLAY mode to play it. (See “Stereo mixexport function” on page 46)The following audio file formats can be played back in SD PLAYmode.WAV: 44.1/48kHz, 16/24-bitBWF: 44.1/48kHz, 16/24-bitNOTEPlayback signal is sent from channels 13 and 14.1. Set the channel 13/14 MODE switch to “MTR”.2. Set the channel 13/14 MON 1/MON 2 and BAL knobs andthe channel fader to their middle positions.3. Open the SD PLAY Screen when the recorder is stopped.(See “Menu operation procedures” on page 29)4. Select a file to play back.i Turn the MULTI JOG dial to select a WAV file.i Press the MULTI JOG dial when a folder is selected toshow its contents.i Press the F1 button to return to the MENU Screen.i Press the F2 button to move up one level.NOTEOnly WAV files can be played back. Unsupported files will notbe shown.5.
