11.3 Warning Displays11-35 Inspection, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting1111.3 Warning DisplaysThe following sections describe troubleshooting in response to warning displays. The warning name and warning meaning are listed in order of the warning numbers in 11.3.1 List of Warnings. The causes of warnings and troubleshooting methods are provided in 11.3.2 Troubleshooting of Warnings.11.3.1 List of WarningsThis section provides list of warnings.WarningNumber Warning Name Meaning Reset SettingParameterA.900 Position Error Overflow Position error exceeded the parameter setting(Pn520×Pn51E/100). Required Pn008.2A.901 Position Error OverflowAlarm at Servo ONWhen the servomotor power turns ON, theposition error exceeded the parameter setting(Pn526×Pn528/100).Required Pn008.2A.910 OverloadThis warning occurs before the overloadalarms (A.710 or A.720) occur. If the warningis ignored and operation continues, an over-load alarm may occur.Required Pn008.2A.911 Vibration Abnormal vibration at the motor speed wasdetected. Required Pn008.2A.91A Converter Electric OperationOverloadThis warning occurs before the converterelectric operation overload alarm (A.72A)occurs. If the warning is ignored and opera-tion continues, a converter electric operationoverload alarm may occur.Required –A.91B Converter Power SupplyRegenerative OverloadThis warning occurs before the converterpower supply regenerative overload alarm(A.72B) occurs. If the warning is ignored andoperation continues, a converter power supplyregenerative overload alarm may occur.Required –A.921 Dynamic Brake OverloadThis warning occurs before dynamic brakeoverload alarm (A.730 or A.731) occurs. Ifthe warning is ignored and operation contin-ues, a dynamic brake overload alarm mayoccur.Required Pn008.2A.923 Built-in Fan in SERVOPACKStopped The fan inside the SERVOPACK stopped. Required Pn00D.2A.92B Built-in Fan in ConverterStoppedThe fan inside the power regeneration con-verter stopped. Required Pn00D.2*A.930 Absolute Encoder BatteryErrorThis warning occurs when the voltage ofabsolute encoder’s battery is lowered. Required Pn008.2A.971 UndervoltageThis warning occurs before undervoltagealarm (A.410) occurs. If the warning isignored and operation continues, an under-voltage alarm may occur.Required Pn008.1A.97D Converter Heat SinkOverheatedThis warning occurs before the converter heatsink overheated alarm (A.7BA) occurs. If thewarning is ignored and operation continues, aconverter heat sink overheated alarm mayoccur.Required –∗ If Pn00D.2 is set to 1 in any of the SERVOPACKs, this warning is detected for all axes when the servos are turnedON.Note: If Pn008.2 is set to 1 to prevent detection of warnings, only the following warnings will be detected:A.91A, A.91B, and A.92B
