Resetting an Interface to its Factory Default StateYou can reset the configurations applied on an interface to its factory default state. To reset the configuration, perform the followingsteps:1. Enter the keyword interface then the type of interface and slot/port[/subport] information.CONFIGURATION modeinterface interface• For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet then the slot/port[/subport] information.• For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword fortyGigE then the slot/port information.2.
