This value determines how much “idle”time elapses before the subscriber’s session times out and they must login again.5. The HSG can reauthenticate “repeat” subscribers who return to the system within720 hours. To enable this feature, click on the check box for Enable AutomaticSubscriber Reauthentication.6. If you want to enable the URL redirection feature, click on the check box forEnable URL Redirection.7. For a Network Access Server (NAS), if you want to send a NAS identifier withyour account access request, click on the check box for Send NAS identifier,then define the NAS identifier in the NAS identifier field.8. To send the NAS IP address with your account request, click on the check boxfor Send NAS IP.9. To send a NAS port type with your account request, click the check box for SendNAS Port type, then define the NAS port in the NAS Port Type field.10. To send the Framed IP address with your account request, click on the check boxfor Send Framed IP.11. If required, check the box for Enable Session-Terminate-End-Of-Day WhenAuthorized (to allow business policies that want to terminate the session atmidnight of every day).12. If required, check the box for Enable Byte Count Reset On Account Start (toreset the transmitted and received byte count for a subscriber once an“accounting start” is sent). This function prevents counting Walled Garden trafficif the billing plan is using bytes sent/received as a charge criterion.13. If required, check the box for Enable Radius Subnet Attribute (if you want toallocate a specific subnet to a user).14. If required, check the box for Enable Goodbye URL (if you want the system todisplay a post session “goodbye” page). The “goodbye” page can be defined as aRADIUS VSA or be driven by the HSG’s Internal Web Server (IWS).15. If required, check the box for Enable WAN 802.1q Attribute. To enable thedefault 802.1q tag, click on the check box for Enable Default 802.1q Tag forSystem Traffic and, if necessary, enter the tag number (see caution).16. Click on the Submit button to save your changes, or click on the Reset button ifyou want to reset all the values to their previous state.Changing the default tag number may result in a loss of connectivity.
