Printing from a PC- 190 - If there is no detail settings displayed in the [Print] screen, click [Show Details] at the bottom of the screen. Click [Others] in the [Job Options] panel, and uncheck [User Collation of Printer] to print without using the memory ofthis machine.For macOS PS printer driver1 Open the file to be printed.2 Select [Print] from the [File] menu.3 Input the number of copies in [Copies].4 Select the [Paper Handling] panel, and uncheck [Collate pages].5 Select the [Printer Features] panel, and check [Collate].6 Specify other settings as necessary, and click [Print]. If [Collate pages] is checked in the [Paper Handling] panel, you can print without using the memory of this machine.Ejecting paper alternately in portrait and landscape with collation (RotateSort)With collation, paper can be ejected alternately in portrait and landscape orientation. It is easy to sort printedjobs with multiple pages as paper can be ejected alternately in portrait and landscape. This function is not available to the macOS PCL printer driver. Available paper sizes are A4, A5, B5, Letter, and Executive. Some applications may not be available. When the paper orientation has changed due to a partial cut during printing, the printing will be suspended for printingpreparation, thus resulting in intermittent printing.
