|Handbook 103Printing Confidential MessagesEach time your fax machine receives a confidential message,it automatically prints a confidential reception report thattells you which mailbox number received the message.To print a received confidential fax:1 Press the Select Function key.2 Press the 10/Message Print from Memory One Touch key.The display showsPRINT MEMORY MSG.?3 Press the No © key. The display showsPRINT PERSONAL BOX.4 Press the Yes ß key. The display showsPERSONAL BOX NO. [ ].5 Using the numeric keypad, enter the number of the mailbox you want to print from. The display showsPRG. PASSWORD [ ].! If no message is stored in that mail box, the displayshows NO DATA IN MEMORY.6 Using the numeric keypad, enter the 4-digit password forthe mail box you want to print from.7 Press the Yes ß key. The message prints.! If you want to clear the mailbox without waiting forprinting, press the Stop key at this point. The displaychanges to CANCEL. Press the Yesßßßßß key to clear themail box.Personal Mailboxes (SecurityFeature)A personal mailbox is a security feature of the fax unit. Itallows you to send and receive password-protected,confidential faxes into secured memory. It also allows you toperform bulletin polling.Personal mailboxes may also be referred to as confidentialmailboxes.Your fax unit has 16 personal (confidential) mailboxes.Refer to the “Advanced Operations, Confidential Faxes(Security Feature)” and “Advanced Operations, Polling”sections of this document for more details.
