Faxing to a group is different from relay broadcasting.In relay broadcasting, one fax is sent to a remotemachine. The remote machine then relays the fax to agroup of fax numbers.What is a Group?A group is a collection of programmed locations. Once youhave programmed some One Touch keys or Auto dialnumbers, you can use these programmed locations to creategroups. Using groups, you can easily send the same fax tomultiple locations. You can program up to 20 groups, eachhaving up to 129 numbers.What is an example of a group? Let’s imagine that you workwith a team of several co-workers. Each co-worker is at aunique geographic location. You have programmed each co-worker’s fax number as a One-Touch key. Your group wouldbe the collection of all of the co-workers’ fax numbers.
