Refer to the “Reports, MessageConfirmation Report” section of this handbook.Available settings are ON (default) and OFF.03 ERR REPORT (MCF)This function automatically prints a MessageConfirmation Report every time an error occurs during atransmission or polling transmission operation. The reportprovides information about the transmission. Refer to the“Reports, Message Confirmation Report” section of thishandbook.Available settings are ON (default) and OFF.04 IMAGE IN MCFWhen a message confirmation of a memory transmission isprinted, this function adds a portion of the first page of thedocument that was sent. This feature makes it easier toidentify a fax, but it may present security problems if youare sending sensitive documents.Available settings are ON (default) and OFF.05 SENDER IDThis function controls the printing of your fax machine’sSender ID on the faxes you send. Refer to the“Programming Required Information, Fax Identification”section of this handbook for details. When turned on, theSender ID will be printed on each page slightly outsidethe image area of your document. The default setting isON.! In order to meet FCC requirements, you must have thisfeature set to ON and have a valid Sender IDprogrammed in your fax machine.
