Your fax machine will grip the documents,and pull the bottom page into the machine.3 Press the Copy key. The display shows PRG. NO. OFCOPIES, [1SETS]. If you want to make just one copy, youare finished. Your fax machine will pause briefly, thenbegin copying.4 To make multiple copies, enter the number of copies youwant to make on the numeric keypad. Then press the Copykey again. Your fax machine begins making copies.5 To stop the copying process, press the Stop key.Using the Manual Paper FeederYour fax machine’s manual paper feeder allows you to makecopies on a different type of paper than what you normallykeep in the paper tray.! The paper you use in the manual feeder must be thesame size as the paper in the paper tray—if it isn’t, thepaper will jam.If you do want to put a different size paper in themanual feeder, change the 1ST PAPER SIZE functionsetting to the size you want to use.
