Overview|Handbook 111ReportsActivity ReportWhat is it?The activity report provides a record of your fax machine’scommunications.What information does it provide?• The total amount of time spent sending faxes (“Calling”)and the total amount of time spent receiving faxes(“Called”).• The date, time and duration (S, R-TIME) of eachtransmission or reception.• The name or telephone number of the fax machine youwere communicating with (DISTANT STATION ID). If youwere sending a fax, the telephone number or the LocationID is printed. If you were receiving a fax, the remote faxmachine’s Personal ID or its telephone number is printed.Understanding ReportsYour fax machine provides a variety of useful reports.
