Up to 20 scenarios can be created, and a scenario can be assigned to eachabsent message. Click the Edit button in Advanced Call Transfer Setting to open the window forprogramming. Select a Scenario number (1–20) from the drop-down menu, then programme the settings forthat scenario. The subscriber’s extension will not ring.Call screening: The caller is prompted to record his or her name. The Unified Messaging system then callsthe subscriber and plays back the caller name.
