A maximum of 84 flexiblebuttons can be customised for each extension. Select the desired extension from the Extension Number /Name list.KX-NT505 Flexible ButtonsKX-NT553/KX-NT556 IP-PTs can be connected to up to 4 KX-NT505 48 key add-on units. When an extensionthat has one or more KX-NT505 units connected is selected in the Extension Number / Name list, Numberof Connections NT505 and NT505 Location No. are displayed. In Number of Connections NT505, specifythe number of connected KX-NT505 units (a maximum of 4). This configuration is available at the Installer levelonly. Then, in NT505 Location No., select a KX-NT505 to program. Up to 48 flexible buttons can beprogrammed for each KX-NT505 unit.NoteUp to 64 KX-NT505 units can be connected to the PBX system.Copying Flexible Button SettingsTo copy the flexible button settings of an extension to another extension, click Copy to. This operation (Copyto) is available at the User (Administrator) level.NoteThe Copy to button can be used with KX-NT505 units, even if the number of connected KX-NT505 unitsdiffers between extensions. Settings for NT505 Location No. will be copied to the same number of thecopy target extension.
