Press the appropriate option.• Select All: Selects all programs.• Detail: Displays detailed information of selected program.• Edit: Changes a name of selected program.• Delete: Removes the selected programs.4. Press Cancle for return to the Basic tab.Using previous settings1. Place the originals face up in the DADF or place a single original facedown on the scanner glass and close the DADF (see "Loading originals"on page 35).2. Press Fax from the display screen.3. When the cursor is blinking in the input line, enter the fax number usingthe numeric keypad on the control panel, or use Address Book from thedisplay screen if you have stored frequently used fax numbers.4. Press Programs.5. Press a previous setting you want to use.For example, if you want to use the settings from the last job, pressPrevious1.6. Press OK.7. Press Yes when the confirmation window appears.The machine is now set to fax according to the setting you selected.8. Press Start on the control panel. The machine starts to scan and send afax to destinations.• When you want to cancel a fax job, press Stop on the controlpanel before the machine start transmission. Or press the JobStatus button on the control panel, and select the job you want todelete, press Delete (see "Job Status button" on page 30).• If an original is placed on the scanner glass, the machine showsthe window asking if you want to place another page. Load anotheroriginal and press Yes. When you finish, press No on this window.• While the machine is sending a fax, you cannot send an email atthe same time.
