Slippery roadconditions may exist when this message is displayed,so adjust your driving accordingly. This message maystay on for a few seconds after StabiliTrak stopsassisting with directional control of the vehicle. SeeStabiliTrak ® System on page 5‑6 or EnhancedStabiliTrak ® on page 5‑7 for more information.STABILITY SYS (System) NOT READYThis message displays if the StabiliTrak system is notready. Two conditions may cause this message todisplay:. The vehicle needs to be driven in a straight lineuntil the sensors are centered. Once the sensorsare centered, the StabiliTrak system is ready andthe STABILITY SYS READY message displays.. The system needs to warm up. This may occurwhen first starting your vehicle and driving awayduring cold winter weather. This is normal. Toacknowledge this message, press the reset button.The StabiliTrak performance is affected until theSTABILITY SYS READY message is displayed in theDIC. See StabiliTrak ® System on page 5‑6 for moreinformation.STABILITY SYS (System) OFFThis message displays any time StabiliTrak orEnhanced StabiliTrak is turned off using the TC (tractioncontrol) on/off button.
