In any rear blowout remove your foot fromthe accelerator pedal. Get the vehicle under control bysteering the way you want the vehicle to go. It may bevery bumpy and noisy, but you can still steer. Gentlybrake to a stop, well off the road, if possible.{ WARNING:Driving on a flat tire will cause permanent damageto the tire. Re-inflating a tire after it has beendriven on while severely under-inflated or flat maycause a blowout and a serious crash. Neverattempt to re-inflate a tire that has been driven onwhile severely under-inflated or flat. Have yourdealer or an authorized tire service center repairor replace the flat tire as soon as possible.{ WARNING:Lifting a vehicle and getting under it to domaintenance or repairs is dangerous without theappropriate safety equipment and training.
