Operators must be fully versed in the operation of ONYX® Thrive.For any operator unfamiliar with these applications, ONYX training is required. Training coursesare available; contact your local Canon representative.Trained personnel are expected to handle all user maintenance, and replacement of consumableparts (except printheads).Responsibilities of the Service TechnicianField service technicians must have Canon service training. The service technician is responsiblefor all repairs, upgrading and modification requested by the customer or mandated by the CanonService and Support Group.
