The printer must be off-line before you can use the menus.Menu Press Menu to open the menu display and display the next menu title.Press Menu repeatedly to cycle through the menu names until you seethe menu you want to use. Press Shift and Menu repeatedly to stepbackward through the menu names.Item With the title of the menu you want to open on the display, press Item todisplay the first item in the menu. Press Item repeatedly to cycle throughall the item names. Press Shift and Item repeatedly to step backwardthrough the item names.Value With the name of the item you want to change on the display, pressValue to display the first value. Press Value repeatedly to cycle throughall the values. Press Shift and Value to step backward through values.Enter With the value you want to select on the display, press Enter. After youpress Enter, a small asterisk (*) appears next to the value. This meansthe displayed value is the current setting.Cancel Press Shift and Enter/Cancel to cancel the current operation.
