33Section 3Basic PhoneOperationThe Last Dialed Page will display a scroll bar whenmore names than can be displayed are listed on the page.Whenever you place a call, the number is added to thepage and the oldest last dialed name or number is deletedfrom the list whenever the page is filled with a maximumof nine numbers. You can edit entries on this page bypressing MENU to add a number to the PhoneBook,remove it from the list, etc.Call TimersCall Timers are useful for recording the amount oftime of your last call, the total elapsed time for all callsduring a measured period of time, and the total lifetimeuse of your NavTalk Pilot. You can also set the NavTalkPilot to signal each time a minute of your current call haselapsed. It beeps at 50 seconds into the first minute and atone minute intervals thereafter to help you save onminute increment call billing. Last Call and Elapsed Timeare always active and can be reset through the Call Timersfunction of the Main Menu.1. Access the Main Menu by pressing the MENU key twice.2. Scroll down to Timers and press ENTER to viewthe timers page. On this page use the ARROWkeypad to move to the ‘Calls’ tab.3. To reset the Last Call, Elapsed timers and turn theMinute Timer on or off, highlight the selection andpress ENTER.Refer to page 51 of the Phone Reference Section.
