41Section 4Cell PhoneReferenceRedialing Numbers Previously Called Usingthe Last Dialed PageYou may often need to speak with the same personthroughout the day or may not have made contact withthat person when you last dialed their number. Byaccessing the Last Dialed Page you can recall from the listof last dialed numbers those that you would like to redial.The list will retain the last nine dialed numbers from thePhoneBook and manually dialed numbers. A scroll barwill appear when there are more numbers than can bedisplayed. Highlight the name or number and pressSEND to redial.Redialing Using the Auto-Redial FeatureYou can automatically redial a phone number whenthe cellular cannot be accessed because of system traffic,poor signal, etc. You can auto-redial the number up tonine times. This feature is programmed from the PhonePage of the Setup Program. It will not redial a busynumber or an unanswered call (refer to Page 43-44.)Using the Speed Dial FeatureThe Speed Dial Feature allows you to view name orPhone Keypad number assignments, and hold thenumber key corresponding to the Speed Dial List numberfor more than one second to dial that phone number fromanywhere on the unit. There are nine entry spaces on theSpeed Dial list. Names and numbers may be added to theSpeed Dial list when they are recorded using the ‘NewPhoneBk #’ menu. They can also be added from theexisting list of names in the PhoneBook by using the ‘Edit’feature to assign a name to a Speed Dial position.When a number from theLast Dialed List isredialed, it moves to thetop of the list with a newTime/Date Stamp.When using Auto-Redial, select the numberof times (up to 9) forredialing a number.
