12 Utility mode12-62 CS193/CS173/CS1638 Specify a setting for "Synchronize User Authentication & Account Track".– Synchronize"ON (MFP)" is set and "Account Track" is set to "ON", this setting allows this machine to be usedsimply by entering user authentication information the first time that the machine is used if thecorresponding account was specified during user registration.When "External Server Authentication" is selected and "Account Track" is "ON", and once themachine is used with the appropriate user authentication and account track information entered,this setting allows the machine to be used simply by entering user authentication information bybeing synchronized with the authenticated account.– Do Not SynchronizeThis setting requires that all information be entered for user authentication and account track eachtime that the machine is used.9 Touch .The second screen is displayed.10 Specify a setting for "When # of Jobs Reach Maximum".– To skip the job when the limit specified with user authentication or account track is reached, touch[Skip Job].– To stop all jobs when the limit specified with user authentication or account track is reached, touch[Stop Job].11 Specify a setting for "Number of User Counters Assigned".– Press the [C] (clear) key to erase the value, and then use the keypad to specify the desired value(between 1 and 999).– If user authentication and account track settings have been applied, counters can be assigned toboth accounts and users, and counts for both can be totaled.12 Specify "Ticket Hold Time Setting".– Use the keypad to type in the time.
