Select your first group or location as follows. The nextgroup or individual location must be selected within threeseconds.Select Location Using Do ThisA groupPress the AUTO DIAL key and then #key in the numeric keypad. Thenenter the code number of the groupyou want to use.One Touch keyPress the One Touch key. If displayasks for confirmation of yourselection, press the START key.AUTO DIAL numberPress AUTO DIAL key, then entertwo digit AUTO DIAL code number onthe numeric keypad. If display asksfor confirmation of your selection,press the START key.A number dialled onDial as you would on a normalthe numeric keypadtelephone and press the START key.Note: If you want to send a fax to groups and individuallocations, the groups must be selected first.3. When selecting another group, do not press the AUTODIAL key, but immediately press the # key and enter thecode number for the next group you want to select.4. Repeat Steps 2 to 3 until you have finished selecting groupsand individual locations.Note: Up to ten fax locations can be entered using thenumeric keypad.5.
