The exact steps for printing a document mayvary depending on the application program you are using. Refer to the UserGuide of your software application for the exact printing procedure.1. Open the document you want to print.2. Select Print from the File menu. The Print window is displayed. It maylook slightly different depending on your application.The basic print settingsare selected within thePrint window. Thesesettings include thenumber of copies andprint range.3. Select your printerdriver from the Namedrop-down list.4. To take advantage of theprinter features providedby your printer driver,click Properties or Pref-erences in the application’s Print window. For details, see Printer Set-tings on page 5-9.If you do not have Properties or Preferences, select either Setup,Printer, or Options in your Print window. Then click Properties on thenext screen.5. Click OK to close the printer properties window.6. To start the print job, click OK or Print in the Print window.Make sure thatyour printer isselected.
