14.3.8 Technical dataTable 385:L4UFCNTtechnical dataFunction Range or value AccuracyCounter value 0-65535 -Max. count up speed 5-160 pulses/s -14.4 Disturbance report14.4.1 FunctionalityComplete and reliable information about disturbances in the primary and/or in thesecondary system together with continuous event-logging is accomplished by thedisturbance report functionality.Disturbance report DRPRDRE, always included in the IED, acquires sampled data of allselected analog input and binary signals connected to the function block with a, maximumof 40 analog and 96 binary signals.The Disturbance report functionality is a common name for several functions:• Sequential of events• Indications• Event recorder• Trip value recorder• Disturbance recorderThe Disturbance report function is characterized by great flexibility regardingconfiguration, initiating conditions, recording times, and large storage capacity.A disturbance is defined as an activation of an input to the AnRADR or BnRBDR functionblocks, which are set to trigger the disturbance recorder. All connected signals from startof pre-fault time to the end of post-fault time will be included in the recording.Every disturbance report recording is saved in the IED in the standard Comtrade formatas a reader file HDR, a configuration file CFG, and a data file DAT. The same applies toall events, which are continuously saved in a FIFO-buffer. The local HMI is used to getinformation about the recordings.
