6. Removing the Process Unit1) Open the front door.2) Remove the developing assembly.(See p. 4-57.)3) Remove the hopper assembly. (Seep. 4-62.)4) Slide out the fixing/feeding assem-bly, and place the drum protectionsheet on the registration rollerassembly.5) Disconnect the four connectors q,and remove the two mountingscrews w.6) Insert the drum rotating tool e intothe cut r in the drum shaft. Fix thedrum in position so that the drumwill not rotate counterclockwise, andinsert a screwdriver into the centerhole t of the drum rotating tool,and remove the drum fixing screw.If you rotate the drum counter-clockwise, the cleaning blade willbe displaced in relation to thedrum, causing cleaning faults.
