The stated safety notes andinstructions as well as the local accident prevention- andsafety regulations have to be observed.Before working with the system, the instructions have tobe read carefully, especially the chapter „Safety Instruc-tions“.The figures and circuit diagrams contained in theseassembly and operating instructions are in part intendedonly to illustrate the products which are described. In allcases where• dimensionally accurate work is required, or• accurate drawings or circuit diagrams that reflect thespecifics of the site are required,the drawings and plans that have been created speciallyfor the lighting system must be followed.1.3 Further Applicable DocumentsIn the systems, components from other manufacturersare mounted. These purchasing-components are checkedaccording to danger evaluation by the manufacturer. Theydeclare the compliance of the construction with the Euro-pean and national regulations.1.4 Liability and GuaranteeAll information and notes in these instructions arecompiled according to the valid regulations, the state ofthe art, our long-standing knowledge and experience.Keep the instructions near to the system, accessible forevery person working with the system and at all times.Read the instructions carefully before working on andwith the system!CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH can accept no liabilityand/or give no warranty in respect of any defects that mayoccur with the supply and intallation of CEAG emergencylighting systems and luminaires on the basis of other stan-dards and regulations which are mandatory in completeinstallation packages in conjunction with CEAG products.You must also comply with all statutes, standards anddirectives of the country in which the system is installedand operated.CEAG will give no warranty or accept any liability fordamage or consequential damage caused as a result of• improper use,• failure to comply with regulations and codes of conductfor the safe operation of the system,• unauthorised or inexpert modifications to the connec-tions and settings of the system, or to the programmingof the system,• operating proscribed or unsuitable devices or groups ofdevices in the AT-S+ system.1.5 Copyright ProtectionAll information from the contents, text, drawings, picturesand further representations are protected with regards tocopyright.1.6 Spare PartsOnly use original spare parts from the manufacturerATTENTION!Wrong or faulty spare parts can cause damage,failure or collapse of the systemWhen using unapproved spare parts, all guarantee,service, damage and liability claims are forfeited.1.7 RecyclingPacking materials are not refuse, they arevaluable materials and should be re-usedor recycled.CEAG has been awarded the RecyclingCertificate of INTERSEROH GmbH. Thecontract number is 85405. It guaranteesthat the packaging materials which it covers are properlyrecycled and that all the requirements of the GermanPackaging Code are complied with.INTERSEROH collection points are required to dispose ofCEAG packaging free of charge.Electronic components contain materials that can damagehealth and the environment if not properly disposed of.Dispose of electronic components in accordance withnational guidelines and regulations.2 SafetyThe automatic test system is designed and built in confor-mity with the latest technical rules at the time of its devel-opment and production, so it is safe to operate. Dangermaybe presented by the device, if it will be used for otherthan the intended purpose and by unskilled personnel.
