5.5 Repeat Operation5-315.5.2 Settings and Operations of Repeat Operation• The parameter for the repeat count is specified in the positioning parameter setting menus ofConfiguration PMX.• When the positioning table start instruction (F380 POSST) or positioning simultaneous startinstruction (F383 MPOST) is executed, the pulse output will start.• After starting the instruction, the unit executes the pulse output for a specified repeat countand then stops the operation. For setting to execute the operation infinitely, use this functionin combination with the deceleration stop function. Operation diagram Operations of each contact• The BUSY flags (X808 to X80B), which indicate that the motor is running, will turn on whenthe position control starts, and they will turn off when the set repeat operation completes.• The operation done flags (X810 to X813), which indicate the completion of operation, willturn on when the current operation is completed, and they will be held until the nextpositioning control, JOG operation or home return operation starts. Those flags do not turnoff in the middle of the repeat operation.
