OfficeServ 7100 PROGRAMMINGTECHNICAL MANUAL PART 2 JANUARY 2009MMC: 806 CARD PRE-INSTALLDESCRIPTION:Allows the preprogramming of a card slot for a specific board type. A board insertedinto a OfficeServ 7100 system will not be recognized by the system until it isENABLED using this MMC. Cards installed using MMC 806 will NOT be assigned inthe system numbering plan. You must then use MMC 724 to assign the desireddirectory numbers to extensions or trunks ports.NOTE: If a card is removed and a different type card is inserted and this MMC isperformed, the memory associated with that card (i.e. key programming, etc.) willbe erased.PROGRAM KEYSUP & DOWN Used to scroll through optionsKEYPAD Used to enter selectionsSOFT KEYS Move cursor left and rightSPEAKER Used to store data and advance to next MMCACTION DISPLAY1. Press TRANSFER 806.Display shows.C:1 – S:1UNI-DDN->UNI-DST2. Press the right soft key to move cursor to the“S” or slot position. Press the UP orC:1 – S:1UNI-DDN->UNI-DSTDOWN key to advance the slot position, oruse dial pad to make selection (eg. Changefrom DDN to DST) N=none, D=DLM,S=SLM, T=TRM)3. Use the RIGHT softkey to make selection.4. Use the dial pad (1=YES, 0=NO) to makeselection.C:1 – S:1ARE YOU SURE?5. Press the UP or DOWN key to advance theSLOT position. Now the display will showC:1 – S:MPMP10A-N->MP10A-Nthe daughter slot of the MP10a card.D=DLM, W=SWM, N=NONE
