Three alarms may be set for each station and each alarm maybe defined as a one-time or TODAY alarm or as a DAILY alarm, as described below.The TODAY alarm is automatically cancelled after it rings, while the DAILY alarmrings every day at the same time. It is also possible to set a message to displaywhen the alarm is sounded.ENTRY ALARM TYPEDIAL 0 NOTSETDIAL 1 TODAYDIAL 2 DAILYMessages are written using the keypad. Each press of a key will select a character.Pressing the dial pad key will move the cursor to the next position. For example, ifthe directory name is “SAM SMITH” press the number “7” three times to get theletter “S”. Now press the number “2” once to get the letter “A”. Continue selectingcharacters from the table below to complete message.
