ZonesThe menu allows the user to specify the serviced remote control panels in the zone (see InteractiveFire Control Panel IFS7002 – Local Network Operation).13.5.5. Screen Text messageThe screen allows the user to insert and edit a text message for a zone. Upon activation of thescreen a check up is being run for included external keyboard.13.5.5.1. Built-in keypadIf no external keyboard isincluded to the control panel, thenthe following screen appears:To edit the text use the buttonshaving symbols – when you press abutton, the symbol appears over theposition of the cursor, and theprevious text is moved one positionto the right. The cursor remains for 1s over the same position; if you pressit again, the symbol will be changedby the next one marked on the button(the symbol Ω marked on the secondbutton means that the figure 1 is incombination with punctuation marks).1 s after the last pressing the cursormoves to the next position to theright. If you press another buttonduring this 1 second, the cursor first moves one position to the right and then the new symbol isinserted. The maximum length of the message is 40 symbols.
