The PXG200E identifies a set of key statusvalues for each device and generates “Events” in response to changes inthese status values. An example of a device event is a loss of voltage on ameter.Events are time stamped and displayed prominently on the home page ofthe PXG200E. The PXG200E provides the option for a user to acknowledgethe event, retains the time that the acknowledgement occurred and reportsthis in the event log. It is also possible to add a Note at the time ofacknowledgement that will also be reported in the event log. Acknowledgingan event does not close it. An acknowledged event will still display on thehome page. Closing the event will remove it from the home page display. In addition to displaying events on its home page, the PXG200E reportsevents to the Power Xpert Software. These events will then be integratedwith those from across the power system, providing unified enterprise levelevent management. Please refer to the device data map at www.eaton.com/pxg for the list ofevents that are supported by each device.Device Configuration TabsThe PXG200E allows more flexibility in how you set up and configure yourdevices.
