Depending on thepurpose, templates can be registered either to the public template group or a private template group.• PUBLIC TEMPLATE GROUPThis group is provided for registering scan templates that are frequently used by all users in the company, a department, etc.Access to a template can be restricted by setting a password.• PRIVATE TEMPLATE GROUPThis group is created and controlled by each department, section, or user to register their own templates. The group #001contains pre-defined templates useful for various situations.
