There are a maximum of 100 entries (00 to 99) in the table with item 00reserved as the code for room deposits, 01 reserved as the code for phone deposits anditems 89 to 99 reserved for other PMS stream items.These item codes, with the exception of codes 93 to 99, will appear on the guests’ bills atcheckout and will serve to identify what each charge on the bill is for. The room bill, whenprinted, will also show telephone calls with an item designation of TEL and the name fieldwill show the number dialed.
