You canalso try using a different printercable.The port setting isincorrect.Check the Windows printer setting tomake sure that the print job is sent tothe correct port, for example, LPT1.If the computer has more than oneport, make sure that the machine isattached to the correct one.The machine may beconfigured incorrectly.Check the printer properties toensure that all of the print settingsare correct.The printer driver maybe incorrectly installed.Repair the printer software. Fordetails, refer to Printing chapteron page 6-1.The machine ismalfunctioning.Check the display message on thecontrol panel to see if the machine isindicating a system error.
