Your images are sent from your device to a third party fax server, which relaysthem over the telephone network to the fax number of your choice.If you regularly send faxes to the same number and use the same settings every time you may findit easier to use the Workflow Scanning feature to send your fax rather than the Server Fax feature.If you use the Workflow Scanning feature you will need to set up a template containing theinstructions for sending the fax and select the Workflow Scanning service rather than the Server Faxservice.
