Ifthe button is pressed wheninformation is not available, NOINFO (no information) will appearon the display.RDS FEATURES AND CONTROLSThe radio's RDS features rely uponreceiving specific information fromthe RDS stations. These featureswill only work when RDSinformation is available.The RDS feature:• allows you to seek only tostations with the types ofprograms you want to listen to.• interrupts the radio or CD tobroadcast announcementsconcerning local and nationalemergencies.• allows you to seek to stationswhich broadcast trafficannouncements.• allows you to receive anddisplay messages from radiostations.• allows you to search for astronger station when thestation you are listening tobecomes too weak.RDS features are only available foruse on FM stations whichbroadcast RDS information.In rare cases, a station maybroadcast incorrect informationthat will cause the radio features towork improperly.
