Cold means yourvehicle has been sitting for threehours or more - or, if driven at all,for no more than 1.6 km (1 mile).The air pressure indicated on thelabel as "cold" should bemaintained for the tires toperform properly. However, donot overload your vehicle. See"Vehicle Loading" in Section 3.Maintaining the cold tire pressureindicated on the tire informationlabel leads to better fuel economy,longer tire life, a more comfortableride and better overall driveability.If you replace the original tireson your vehicle with tires of adifferent size, the pressure listedon the tire information labelmay not be correct.
