Eachset of attributes is unique and can be associated with one or more routes. In fact, the switchtypically has fewer route attribute entries than routes. To display the IPv6 route-attribute entries table, enter the following command:NOTEPortions of this display are truncated for brevity. The purpose of this display is to show all possiblefields that might display rather than to show complete output.TABLE 185 BGP4+ route informationThis field... Displays...Total number of BGP Routes (appearsin display of all BGP routes only)The number of routes known by the switch.Number of BGP Routes matchingdisplay condition (appears in displaythat matches specified and longerprefixes)The number of routes that matched the display parameters you entered. This is the number of routes displayed by the command.Status codes A list of the characters the display uses to indicate the route’s status. The status code appears in the left column of the display, to the left ofeach route. The status codes are described in the command’s output.Origin codes A character the display uses to indicate the route’s origin. The origincode appears to the right of the AS path (Path field). The origin codes aredescribed in the command’s output.Network The network prefix and prefix length.Next Hop The next-hop switch for reaching the network from the switch.Metric The value of the route’s MED attribute. If the route does not have ametric, this field is blank.LocPrf The degree of preference for this route relative to other routes in thelocal AS. When the BGP4+ algorithm compares routes on the basis oflocal preferences, the route with the higher local preference is chosen. The preference can have a value from 0 – 4294967295.Weight The value that this switch associates with routes from a specificneighbor. For example, if the switch receives routes to the samedestination from two BGP4+ neighbors, the switch prefers the routefrom the neighbor with the larger weight.Path The route’s AS path.BigIron RX# show ipv6 bgp attribute-entriesTotal number of BGP Attribute Entries: 3781 Next Hop ::: Metric :1 Origin:INCOMPOriginator:0.0.0.0 Cluster List:NoneAggregator:AS Number :0 Router-ID:0.0.0.0 Atomic:NoneLocal Pref:100 Communities:InternetAS Path :(65002) 65001 4355 2548 3561 5400 6669 5548Address: 0x27a4cdb0 Hash:877 (0x03000000) Reference Counts: 2:0:2...
