Remote inputs that create FlexLogic operands atthe receiving relay are extracted from GOOSE messages originating in remote devices.Remote input 1 must be programmed to replicate the logic state of a specific signal from aspecific remote device for local use. The programming is performed by the three settingsshown in the Virtual Inputs section.The REMOTE INPUT 1 Name setting allows the user to assign descriptive text to the remoteinput.The REMOTE INPUT 1 Events setting helps in enabling whether an event has to begenerated whenever Remote input status is updated.
