Raise both cover plates and press the MEMORY TX. key.* Make sure the MEMORY TX. indicator is out (the fax is in theDirect Feed Transmission mode).Interrupt TransmissionInterrupt Transmission lets you send your documents beforeothers, eliminating the need to wait until all communications arecomplete whenever the fax is currently scheduled for multiplecommunications (Broadcast Transmission or Polling Reception,etc.), or there are other communications already scheduled inmemory ahead of yours.* Interrupt Transmission may only be accomplished to a singledestination.* You can schedule up to 50 Interrupt Transmissions (includingcommunications that use the timer and Interrupt Transmissions)at one time.* Depending on the timing of when you perform the InterruptTransmission procedure, there are occasions where yourdocuments may not be send immediately after the currentcommunication.* If you want to cancel an Interrupt Transmission, simply removethe documents from the SRDF or the platen.* If you press the Stop/Clear key while an Interrupt Transmissionis waiting to start, perform the same procedure as in “l If youpress the Stop/Clear key during a Standby Transmission in theDirect Feed Transmission mode…”, page 2-3.2. Set the documents you want to transmit in the SRDF or on theplaten.* When the documents are set on the platen, it is necessary, aftereach page is scanned, to select whether or not you want totransmit more pages and to select the size of each page.(Refer to page 1-23.)3. Enter the destination fax number.4. Press the Start key.
