2.13.4 Music on HoldDescriptionMusic can be played to a party that has been put on hold. The following audio sources are available:a. External music sourceb. User-supplied audio filec. ToneThe audio source for Music on Hold is selected from either a BGM number (1 to 8) or the built-in tone. BGMcan be either an external music source or a user-supplied audio file.
